22 Voices for 2022: Mitigating Payments & Insurance Risks in Affordable

Now Available On Demand

In Affordable Housing, capped rents limit revenue — which makes smart risk management and operations absolutely critical. That’s especially true in the high-inflation environment of 2022, with renters stretched thin by rapidly rising costs for essentials like food and gas.

How are leading Affordable Housing operators working with their residents to mitigate financial risks through next-gen payments and renters insurance solutions?

Join Jay Parsons (RealPage® VP & Head of Economics) as he moderates a live, interactive webcast with industry leaders Tawana Shaw (COO, Nelson & Associates) and Grant Kaufman (VP, Yarco), who will share how they’re leveraging payments and insurance solutions to reduce income and property loss and increase asset coverage for the mutual benefit of their firms and their renters.

Our executive panel will address these and other key topics for managing risk in Affordable multifamily:

  • What impact do online payment programs have on rent collections?
  • How can a payments program drive efficiencies that reduce staff workload, particularly for property managers struggling with limited leasing and resident staffing resources?
  • What types of renters insurance programsoffer sufficient protections to serve the unique needs of Affordable Housing –for both residents and operators?
