Andrew Bowen serves RealPage customers and partners as a Vice President and Industry Principal dedicated to the Institutional and Build-to-Rent spaces. For over a decade, his focus has been on the tools that help investors and operators of multifamily real estate drive yield through better leveraging data and analytics.

Considered one of the experts on revenue management in multifamily, he is a regularly featured speaker on both the webcast and conference circuit, bringing a passion backed by over 20 years of operational experience to the conversation.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California at Santa Barbara.  When not pontificating on the future of the industry, you can usually find him either in the gym or on the lake with his two grown “boys” and his wife of 25 years.

Emily Watson

Emily has more than 25 years of multifamily experience in operations, training and asset management. She is responsible for driving operational execution and performance, talent management, marketing, and revenue management for Lantower Residential.

Prior to joining Lantower, she was Managing Director for Berkshire Residential, overseeing over 21,000 units in 20 major markets throughout the United States. Previously, she held senior roles at Equity Residential, McDowell Properties and Buckingham Companies.

Emily is CCIM and CPM certified and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of North Texas.

Kiley Sharp

West, Apartment Life

Kiley has worked in the multifamily industry for two decades and has been with Apartment Life almost since its inception. She has had direct responsibility for establishing Apartment Life as the leader in resident retention and developing its presence in the multifamily space. She has participated on panels with NAA, NMHC, Crittenden and Multifamily Brainstorm, speaking on the impact of the sense of community in apartment living. She is particularly passionate about partnering with owners and operators to find solutions to reduce turnover and maximize ROI.

Kiley is an avid runner — having completed two full marathons — and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
