Now Available On Demand

Join RealPage® economists for their insights into the current state of the Student Housing industry, along with a special guest from top student developer Landmark Properties.

This timely webcast will cover the latest trends and hot topics in university living, plus key performance indicators ― pre-lease velocity, rent growth, supply/demand and others ― at arguably the most crucial period of the year for student leasing activity.

Has the momentum that the Student market gained late in the Fall 2021 leasing season continued to benefit the most recent period? Or have remnants of market shifts from the past 12-24 months put today’s leasing activity behind normal, pre-pandemic levels?

Additionally, what standout themes have emerged so far for the Fall 2022 semester, and how might those change for both the near-term and long-term outlook?
