Krista Hurley is the Industry Principal for Agentic AI Workforce Solutions at RealPage, where she leads sales, business development, launches, and beta initiatives for innovative multifamily technologies
With more than 14 years in the multifamily industry, Krista began her career as a leasing consultant in a call center before moving into implementations, account management, and industry leadership. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of product integrations, client needs, and the connectedness of the multifamily technology ecosystem.
Krista is the host of Multifamily Talks a Realpage Podcast and winner of GlobeSt. Women of Influence for Proptech. She is also a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, and participates in RealPage employee resource groups, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
Lance French

Lance French serves as RealPage's Chief Information Officer. Lance brings over 25 years of experience that includes leading global, high-performing teams focused on strategy, execution and delivery of customer value. His expertise is in digital transformation, innovative architecture, product leadership and change management.
Prior to RealPage, Lance was with Salesforce as the SVP Technology Office where he was responsible for the strategic portfolio and application solutions, in addition to risk management and change management. Prior to that, he had a successful tenure with BNSF Railway company, where he was responsible for technology services supporting transportation, operations, marketing, industry, human resources, data, design and finance.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA from Baker University.
Kris Kimmerle
VP, AI Risk and Governance

Kris Kimmerle is Vice President of AI Risk and Governance at RealPage. He leads the AI governance team, chairs the AI Governance Committee, and partners with product, engineering, legal, and security to operationalize safeguards across data, models, prompts, and vendors. Previously he built Aon’s AI security practice and is authoring AI Security for Practitioners with Packt. He holds a CISSP, IAPP AIGP, and several cloud certifications.
