RealPage Extends Its Commitment to Transforming the Customer Experience

Hires 20-year customer excellence expert to lead client success and service support operations

(November 18, 2014) — RealPage, Inc. (NASDAQ:RP), a leading provider of on-demand property management software, announces the appointment of George Patterson as senior vice president of client success and service support operations. Mr. Patterson will ensure the success of RealPage customers through the delivery of exceptional end-to-end client experiences and robust service delivery operations.

As senior vice president, Mr. Patterson will provide management and leadership of client implementations and engagements, account management and product support center operations. He will also support the development of the RealPage client ecosystem and continuous improvement capabilities.

Patterson joins RealPage from NCR Corporation where he served as global vice president, customer experience and continuous improvement. In this role, he was responsible for transforming the customer experience, building robust scalable processes, and building out enterprise continuous improvement capabilities, while delivering significant EBITDA benefits year after year. As the senior most customer experience executive at NCR, he developed strategies, processes and technologies that aligned operational initiatives to transform customer experiences, and drove a customer-centric culture across the enterprise. Prior to NCR, he served in key operational and customer experience transformational roles at Americold Logistics and CIBA Vision, as well as led a professional services organization as senior vice president at Aon Consulting, supporting client operations and managing Latin America service delivery.
