Krista Hurley is the Industry Principal for Agentic AI Workforce at Realpage, where she leads sales, business development, launches, and beta initiatives for innovative multifamily technologies

With more than 14 years in the multifamily industry, Krista began her career as a leasing consultant in a call center before moving into implementations, account management, and industry leadership. Her experience has given her a deep understanding of product integrations, client needs, and the connectedness of the multifamily technology ecosystem.

Krista is the host of Multifamily Talks a Realpage Podcast and winner of GlobeSt. Women of Influence for Proptech. She is also a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, and participates in Realpage employee resource groups, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.

With over 20 years in technology and operations, Dan Newbern joined RealPage in 2016. As the Vice President of the RealPage Financial Suite, Dan brings innovative and customer-focused leadership to the Accounting and Budgeting products for our customers. Prior to RealPage, Dan led multinational ERP teams for one of the largest financial system companies in the United States and EU.

Kris Kimmerle is Vice President of AI Risk and Governance at RealPage. He leads the AI governance team, chairs the AI Governance Committee, and partners with product, engineering, legal, and security to operationalize safeguards across data, models, prompts, and vendors. Previously he built Aon’s AI security practice and is authoring AI Security for Practitioners with Packt. He holds a CISSP, IAPP AIGP, and several cloud certifications.

As Product GM at RealPage, Landon leads the business strategy and development of customer-facing AI agents and SaaS solutions. Their work focuses on translating emerging AI capabilities into secure, scalable products that help real estate operators improve efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and drive stronger business outcomes.

Ramesh Swaminathan is Vice President, Products at Realpage, where he leads the development of AI-powered products for the real estate industry. His work sits at the intersection of applied AI, large-scale platform engineering, and the day-to-day realities of property operations — turning complex data into decisions customers can act on. Known for pairing deep technical grounding with sharp product instinct, Ramesh has built and scaled products and teams across global markets. 

Sundar Kamak is an accomplished international technology executive specializing in Product and P&L management and Sales with domain expertise in Spend Management, Supply Chain Management and Procure-to-Pay processes. He currently serves as the Vice President & General Manager for Spend and Vendor Management at RealPage, where he shapes product strategies and drives Agentic AI Innovations for PMC Multifamily vertical. With leadership roles in Spend Management at Ivalua, BirchStreet Systems, SAP Ariba, and Covisint, he excels in global go-to-market strategies and building high-performing teams.
