Research group discusses high Uptown pricing and the affect it has on growth in other areas

(September 22, 2014) — The Dallas Morning News once again turned to MPF Research for insights into trends the city is seeing regarding multifamily trends. In this article, “High Uptown property prices pushing Dallas development to new urban neighborhoods,” the reporter discusses how prime land prices have soared to extremely high pricing per square foot and fewer empty lots to build on, so commercial property companies are now looking at nearby neighborhoods.
