John Baz is Chief Technology Officer of Realpage, where he leads the company’s global engineering organization.
A seasoned product and technology executive, John has more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology platforms, leading AI adoption at enterprise scale, and helping organizations deliver greater value for customers. Throughout his career, he has guided global teams through periods of growth and change while driving innovation, execution, and business results.
Prior to joining Realpage, John served as Chief Product & Technology Officer at ESO. He also held senior leadership roles at Google, Shell, GE Digital, Workday, Amazon, and PayPal, where he led large-scale technology, cloud, and AI initiatives.
John studied Computer Information Systems at Chapman University and Human Factors Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy. A U.S. military veteran, he serves as an advisor and board member to several technology organizations and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
