Danny’s dynamic career spans the realms of technology, real estate and sustainability, allowing him to seamlessly blend his technical acumen with a keen eye for operational efficiency and resource management.
He joined RealPage in 1996, leading the corporate sales team. In 2002 he took on a new challenge as the Managing Director of the East at National Water & Power, where he assisted property owners and operators in optimizing energy and water consumption. Returning to RealPage in 2010, he took on the role of Industry Principal for RealPage Utility Management (RUM), spearheading initiatives to bridge the gap between customers, sales and product teams.
Throughout his tenure at RUM, Danny has been a driving force behind the company's move towards sustainability. His forward-thinking approach has positioned the company as a leader in environmentally conscious utility management solutions, aligning it with the evolving needs of customers and the broader industry landscape.
Danny continues to be a guiding force in the utility management sector. His passion for innovation and his ability to navigate complex challenges make him a highly respected figure in the industry.
Danny holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma Baptist University and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), as well as a Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO).
Dimitris Kapsis
Vice President Energy Management, RealPage, Inc.Dimitris joined RealPage in 2017, bringing over 15 years of energy expertise and leadership. Before joining RealPage, Dimitris served as Chief Energy Officer for AUM. He and his team of energy experts helped AUM become the premier energy management provider to the multifamily industry. Dimitris previously served as Director of Energy Management for Archstone, a Denver-based property ownership and management firm.
