As the Vice President of Portfolio Operations, Gina is responsible for the development and implementation of programs that promote the optimum performance of Blue Ridge’s multifamily portfolio. Gina has experience in all levels of property management, from Leasing to Systems Administration. Gina holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations through the National Apartment Association, and is an instructor for the PTAA’s Advanced Instructor Program – Train the Trainer.
