Dirk Wakeham is President and Chief Executive Officer of RealPage.
A veteran technology executive with more than three decades of leadership experience, Wakeham brings deep expertise in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, and the multifamily housing sector. He has served as CEO, President or Founder of six technology and real estate software companies, including Zego, Kibo, Lanyon, storEDGE, LeasingDesk, and RealPage.
Before returning to RealPage in 2025, Wakeham was Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners, where he advised and led growth strategies for enterprise software companies across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, he joined RealPage following its acquisition of LeasingDesk, serving as President and helping drive the company’s expansion in resident screening, insurance, and revenue management solutions.
Throughout his career, Wakeham has been recognized for building high-performing teams, fostering trusted partnerships, and guiding organizations through transformation and growth. Wakeham holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Cal State University - Fullerton.
Krista Hurley

Krista Hurley is the Front Office Leasing Industry Principal at RealPage, where she leads sales and business development for the Contact Center, CRM, Touring and Online Leasing Solutions.
Krista has been in the multifamily industry for over 10 years. In that tenure, she started her career as a leasing consultant in the call center before moving into implementations and account management, where she absorbed knowledge on the integrations and connectedness of the RealPage Renter Engagement solutions.
She is a member of the Upper State Apartment Association in Greenville, South Carolina, as well as many Employee Resource Groups at RealPage, including EMPOW-HER and BE WELL.
