REALPAGE AFFILIATED SUB-PROCESSORS

Realpage engages the affiliates listed in the table below to perform the following limited activities in connection with the provision of the Realpage Product Centres:

Product Support – Implementation of Product Centres and product support to troubleshoot, escalate and/or remediate technical issues raised by Clients. Authorized sub-processor staff may require access to Client Data to perform these activities.

Product Development & Quality Assurance – Software development and testing activities.

Cloud Operations – Maintenance of the infrastructure for Realpage Product Centres and Client Data stored in the Cloud. Cloud Operations staff do not generally require access to Client Data to perform these activities.

Systems & Database Administration – Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems/databases, application software and system/database management tools. Systems & Database Administration staff do not generally require access to Client Data to perform these activities.
