Resident Experience, In Sync with the Full Team
I'm part of a connected AI Workforce, designed to make every resident interaction smoother, and every outcome smarter.
When a lease is signed, I take over from the Leasing Agent to guide new residents through onboarding. I loop in the Facilities Agent for service requests, coordinate with the Finance Agent to clarify balances, and support the Operations Agent with timely escalations and updates.
All of it happens through the Lumina AI Data Platform, so no task gets lost, and no resident feels ignored.
