RealWorld Hotel Block Information
Hotel rooms in the RealWorld block are exclusively for registered attendees of the conference
Rooms in the RealWorld block (nights of Sunday, August 9; Monday, August 10; and Tuesday, August 11, 2026) are available the discounted nightly rate of $279.00 per room per night, plus taxes and fees. Rooms in the RealWorld block are first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
When reserving your room in the RealWorld block at the Gaylord Rockies, a one-night deposit is required at the time of booking. The one-night deposit includes the discounted nightly rate of $279.00 per room per night, plus $44.24 in taxes and fees, for a total deposit of $322.44. The daily resort fee of $28.00 + taxes will apply at check in onsite.
Room preference, such as a double room, can be requested in advance, but not guaranteed. Room preference is fulfilled upon availability at the time of check in.
The discounted nightly room rate is available through July 9, 2026. After that date, the hotel will accept additional reservations on a room type available basis and will be honored at the discounted nightly rate, depending on the resort occupancy.
The Gaylord Rockies Resort adds a $28.00 resort fee* plus tax per night. The resort fee includes:
- resort wide internet access, including enhanced in-room wireless internet access for up to six (6) devices
- basic wireless internet access in public areas and convention center on a shared network
- access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park
- use of scheduled shuttle service to/from 61st and Pena Commuter Rail stop
- complimentary use of hotel bicycles
- daily fitness class offerings
- complimentary use of the basketball and tennis courts
- daily $10 drycleaning credit
- and two (2) bottles of purified water.

Check in and check out times
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. This is a Smoke Free Property, however, there are a handful of designated smoking areas
Deposits & pre-authorizations
A one night’s deposit (plus tax) will be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking. A $50.00 charge will be added for each guest room over double occupancy, but children 17 years of age or younger can stay in their parent’s room complimentary.
Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center requires a preauthorization of $100.00 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. Preauthorization will take place at check-in (i.e., if you are staying three nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $300.00 when you check in).
If you do not provide a credit card, the hotel will require a cash deposit of $300.00 per night for incidentals. The preauthorization will take place up front (i.e., if you are staying three nights, you will be required to put down a $900.00 cash deposit).
