RealWorld Hotel Block Information

REALWORLD BLOCK ARE EXCLUSIVELY FOR REGISTERED ATTENDEES OF THE CONFERENCE

Rooms in the RealWorld hotel block nights (Sunday, August 9; Monday, August 10; and Tuesday, August 11, 2026) are available at the group rate of $279.00++. All rooms in the block are first-come, first-served, subject to availability. Room types, such as a double room, cannot be guaranteed in advance – room requests can be fulfilled only upon availability at the time of check in. The Group block pricing is available through July 9, 2026.

After the cutoff date, the hotel will accept additional reservations on a room type available basis and will be honored at the group rate if the total projected resort occupancy is 80% or less. This includes room requests up to three days pre / post conference dates of August 9, August 10 and August 11, 2026.

The Gaylord Rockies Resort adds a $28.00 resort fee plus tax per night. The resort fee includes:

resort wide internet access, including enhanced in-room wireless internet access for up to six (6) devices
basic wireless internet access in public areas and convention center on a shared network
access to Arapahoe Springs Water Park
use of scheduled shuttle service to/from 61st and Pena Commuter Rail stop
complimentary use of hotel bicycles
daily fitness class offerings
complimentary use of the basketball and tennis courts
daily $10 drycleaning credit
and two (2) bottles of purified water.
