Click here to make your hotel reservations or call (866) 359-7757. A one night’s deposit (plus tax) will be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking. A $35 charge will be added for each guest room over double occupancy. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 12:00 P.M.

Discounted Room Rates

Rooms are available at the low rate of $139 per night and a daily $20 resort fee, plus tax, through June 20, 2012. To ensure that you receive this rate, please reserve your room early and be sure to mention RealPage.

Individual Credit Card Authorization for Incidentals

ARIA requires a pre-authorization of $130 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. The pre-authorization will take place up front (i.e., if you are staying three nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $390 when you check in). If you use a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from your bank account and will be withdrawn upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, a one night’s deposit will be charged to your credit card.
