Q: When and where is the conference?
A: The conference will be held July 22–July 24, 2012, at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
   
Q: Where is the hotel for the conference?
A: The ARIA is located at 3730 Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, Nevada. We have secured a special room rate of $159 for sleeping rooms and it includes a $20 daily resort fee. This rate is only good through June 20, so book early to receive the discount. Call ARIA at (702) 590-7757 or (866) 359-7757 to make reservations. Make sure you tell them that you are with the RealWorld 2012 User Conference.
   
Q: How far is the hotel from the airport? What time is check in and check out?
A: The hotel is approximately 5 miles from the McCarran International Airport. The driving time is approximately 10 minutes. However, actual travel time will depend on traffic. Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
   
Q: Will RealPage provide shuttle service to and from the airport?
A: No, but you have these options to chose from:

  • Bell Trans and CLS Las Vegas offer competitive pricing. The cost is $7 per person one way (price is subject to change.) You may contact Bell Trans at (702) 739-7990 or CLS at (702) 740-4050.
  • Avis is providing discounted rental car rates. Call Avis at 888-754-8878 and refer to the Avis Worldwide Discount Number D629014 to receive the special rate.
  • Cab fare from McCarran International Airport to ARIA is approximately $15 one-way (depending on traffic). If you are traveling in a group of 3 to 4 people, the rate might be cheaper.
Q: What is the cost to park at the hotel?
A: Parking (valet and self) is complimentary. Gratuities are welcomed for valet parking.
   
Q: What is the registration fee for the conference? Is there a deadline to register?
A: Standard registration is $495. You may register on-site, so no deadline to register.
   
Q: What does my registration include?
A: The fee includes admission to conference sessions; Sunday’s opening reception, Monday’s breakfast, lunch and themed event; and Tuesday’s breakfast and lunch.
   
Q: Is there a registration discount?
A: We are offering a bulk registration discount. The first three registrations are at full price, and the discount of $50 per registrant is available for any additional registrants beyond the first three. All registrations must be received at the same time.
   
Q: Is there a golf event?
A: There is not a RealPage golf event. Please contact ARIA’s concierge for suggestions on courses.
   
Q: When is the opening keynote?
A: The opening keynote presentation is Monday from 8:00 A.M. to 9:45 A.M. and it will feature Steve Wiley of the the Lincoln Leadership Institute at Gettysburg.
   
Q: When is the themed event and where will it be held?
A: The Red Carpet Night Party is Monday, July 23, from 6:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M. at ARIA, where you may dress as your favorite celebrity for the event.
   
Q: What is the dress code for the conference?
A: The dress code is business casual. Slacks and casual dresses are encouraged for wear throughout the conference. Neckties, business suits, or other business attire are acceptable, but not necessary. The average daily high temperature in July is 90 degrees and the average daily low temperature is 74 degrees.
   
Q: Does RealPage have discounted airfares, and if so, with whom?
A: We encourage conference attendees to make their travel arrangements through TSIUSA, RealPage’s official travel agency, by calling 1-800-756-2987. RealPage’s travel partners are American Airlines and Avis Rent-A-Car. If you call direct or use your own agency, please refer to the telephone numbers and codes below:

Q: Can guests attend the conference?
A: Yes, guests may purchase tickets to the food and beverage events only. A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or associate within the industry may not use the guest registration category.

Registered guests may participate in Monday’s breakfast, lunch and themed event and in Tuesday’s breakfast and lunch. Guests will pay a flat fee of $200 for the events. You cannot purchase a separate ticket for each event.
   
Q: How do I revise my registration form after I have already sent it in?
A: We need all revisions in writing; therefore, please send an email to stacey.blackwell@realpage.com.
   
Q: How do I cancel my registration, and what is the refund policy?
A: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to stacey.blackwell@realpage.com no later than July 13, to receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation processing fee. We will not grant refunds after July 13, nor will we issue refunds to no-shows after the conference. If you are unable to attend the conference and have already registered, you may substitute someone in your place.

Q: Will you offer any type of training?
A: We are offering pre-conference training for Propertyware and i-CAM users. Propertyware’s pre-conference training is Saturday, July 21, and i-CAM users’ pre-conference training is Sunday, July 22. Training is included in the standard registration fee of $495.
