Amye Baker is Vice President Customer Success, Enterprise Solutions for RealPage. In her current role, Amye oversees account management for enterprise solutions. Amye has more than 16 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She joined RealPage in 2005 as part of the acquisition of The Pleco Group. She was integral in leading the implementation team upon the acquisition and successfully transitioned the operations team not long after. Prior to that Amye spent 7 years in product management in other industries. She is passionate about helping clients effectively manage utility expenses.

Bob Ricobene

Director, Energy Management, RealPage Utility Management, RealPage, Inc.

Bob joined RealPage in 2017 from AUM, bringing over 30 years of energy expertise and leadership. Before joining AUM, Bob served as Regional Vice President at Direct Energy and Pepco Energy Services, as well as in several leadership roles at Exelon Energy. He and his team of RealPage Energy Analysts deliver a wide range of energy solutions to the multifamily industry.

Mary Nitschke

Vice President, Sustainability, RealPage, Inc.

Mary Nitschke joined RealPage as Vice President of Sustainability in 2019. Previously she was the Director of Ancillary Services for the award-winning Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc, where she had the privilege of managing both the resident costs and expense sides of the utility wheelhouse.

Mary is passionate about utilities, and should perhaps switch to decaf. She was the first president of the Utility Management Advisory board, possesses an Energy Resource Management Certificate from UC Davis, and two Bachelors of Art from UC Berkeley.
