RealPage Paid Training Workshops

RealWorld 2017 Post Conference Training will be held on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, for all levels of expertise. Training workshops are $145.00 each and can be added during the registration process or before the conference on your login page as space permits. Some workshops require participants to bring their own laptops.

Budgeting Administrator (RP1)

Attend this advanced training to get the latest tips and tricks on RealPage Budgeting’s new interface. You’ll learn about its navigation, functionality, best practices, and most importantly, how to save time and effort just by managing your budgeting and forecasting settings. We’ll also show you some best practices and workflow solutions for hosting a pain-free budget season to reduce time preparing the budgets and forecasts. When you’re finished with this session, you will know exactly how to utilize your setup options, including capital budget tools, payroll tools, versioning and central allocations. You’ll also be able to optimize all of the tools and wizards in the new interface during your budget review process.

TRACS 2.0.3.A Deep Dive (RP2)

In this session for OneSite Affordable HUD users, you’ll be able to join us for a deep dive into the HUD TRACS 2.0.3.A changes and how they will impact OneSite Affordable HUD, as well as how they affect your site operations. Included will be in-depth training for HUD Repayment Plan agreements, FSS Escrow tracking and RAD related changes.

Accounting Best Practices & Financial Reporting (RP3)

Join us for this intermediate and advanced training workshop for RealPage Accounting. This session is focused on best practices and decreasing manual work in Accounting APPS and financial reporting. Specific areas will include best practices in workflows, internal controls, and how to use Accounting add-on apps to improve your business. We’ll also cover best practices and RealPage Accounting capabilities in financial reporting, analytics, portfolio reporting and consolidations. This in-depth workshop will have exercises to support each topic.

Propertyware Paid Training Workshops

Become a Propertyware power user in our pre-conference training workshops, with topics ranging from beginner to expert level. These value-packed sessions take place before the conference on July 15-16 and are priced at $250 per session. Bring your own laptop and take a deep dive into Propertyware. Note: Paid training workshops are only available with the purchase of a full conference registration and do not include lunch. Computers will not be provided.

Learn core Propertyware functions and features in this fundamentals training session. You will learn the “Day in the Life” best practices and workflows in Setup, Marketing, Property Management, Accounting and Maintenance. This workshop is an excellent option for new staff or anyone new to Propertyware.
