In 2018, Pre and Post Conference Training Workshops will be held on Sunday, July 15 and Wednesday, July 18, 2018, for all levels of expertise. Training workshops range from $175.00- $225.00 each and can be added at any time prior to the conference. Some workshops require participants to bring their own laptops (noted in the description). Seating is limited to the first 100 in each workshop.

From Super User to Super Hero – Beginner (RP01)

Description: I’m a Superuser, now what? Attend this hands-on training session to de-mystify the role of the Superuser. Designed to be fun, interactive and educational, this session will provide an overview of your Superuser powers and teach you to unleash these powers to maximize OneSite. We will cover RealPage Central functions, Global Update processes, site settings and Roles and Rights administration. You will leave with tips and tools to elevate you to a super hero. This class will include Q&A throughout the session. (Please note: bring your own laptop.)

Workshops are designed for Superusers who are in control of managing all RealPage Applications and operational settings. Superusers may also be assigned to a Training/Support role for all OneSite products for your organization.

Description: Join us for a fun-filled, all-day, hands-on training session for the advanced user! This session will cover a variety of advanced topics ranging from setup to everyday processing. Please note: laptop computers will be provided during this event and topics will include:

  1. In-depth look at HAP Voucher Reconciliations, including:
    • A review of common TRACS errors and responses and learning the proper way to fix these errors.
    • Best practices for managing certifications, financial items, reviewing future HAP adjustments and posting HAP payments that do not match the original request, and reconciling your HAP Common ledger.
  2. Best practices for Gross Rent changes, EIR reporting, and managing unit subsidy changes.

RealWorld includes more than 80 educational sessions, most of which can be used as credits for the the continuing education programs listed below.

CEU credits are granted based on a 60-minute hour. CPE credits (a standard of NASBA) are granted based on a 50-minute hour.
