Rates and Deadlines

Your RealWorld registration rate includes access to concurrent sessions, Hall of Solutions, one-on-one consulting, special events, breakfasts, lunches and evening reception buffets with drink tickets. Also included is admission for one to the Monday night party at XS Nightclub (must be 21 or older for entry; ticket not transferrable). Paid Training Workshops are optional. Additional fees may apply.

Conference Policies

Dress Code

The dress code for all RealWorld events (except the party at XS Nightclub) is business casual. Comfortable slacks and casual dresses are ideal. A light jacket or wrap may come in handy for air-conditioned rooms. To assure access to all RealWorld events, your RealWorld name badge should be in view at all times, including during the party at XS Nightclub.

Per XS Nightclub’s requirements, the dress code for the Monday night party is upscale casual. No athletic wear of any kind (flip flops, tennis shoes, shorts, hats, etc.), baggy jeans or jeans with holes are allowed. Your RealWorld name badge and a valid photo ID are required for entry.

Substitution Policy

If you’re not able to attend the conference for any reason, a substitution replacement request must be made in writing by the original registrant and accompanied by a registration confirmation number. The replacement’s name and contact information, including a unique email address must be included for the substitution can be completed.

Cancellations / Refunds

If you’re unable to attend RealWorld for any reason, login to your registration profile through June 1, 2017, and cancel your registration for a full refund. After June 1, 2017, a $50.00 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations. After July 5, 2017, refunds will not be issued.

Badges, Tickets and Receipts

Please bring your email confirmation to the registration desk when you check in at the event. All necessary RealWorld Name badges and event tickets will be provided at that time.

Children

Children 17 and under will not be not permitted to attend sessions or evening receptions. Please visit the concierge desk at the Wynn Hotel to make childcare arrangements. Guests at the XS Nightclub event must be 21 or over with a valid ID per club rules.

Special Needs

RealPage staff will accommodate any special needs, such as physical or dietary. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rental through the Wynn at 702-770-2219. If you have any other special needs, please include them on your registration form or email our team no later than June 30, 2017. RealWorld Photo Consent Policy

When you attend RealWorld, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending the event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, or any other purpose by RealPage and its affiliates and representatives. You release RealPage, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.

 

By attending RealWorld, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RealPage or the person or entity designated to do so by RealPage. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event.

Continuing Education Information (CPE & CEU)

RealPage is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

RealPage is registered with the National Affordable Housing Management Association as a sponsor of Continuing Education Credits.
Conference attendees wishing to receive Continuing Professional Education and Continuing Education Credit during RealWorld 2017 MUST have their badge scanned during each session hour. Your certificate of attendance will be available 3 weeks after the close of the conference. Send your request with confirmation number to events@realpage.com.

Working towards a NARPM Designation? Propertyware sessions during RealWorld 2017 are approved by NARPM® National as elective NARPM® educational credits. Members can receive elective CE credits towards their NARPM designations.

Due to NASBA and NAHMA regulations, general sessions and discussion forum sessions do not qualify for CPE or CEU credit.

Mobile App

The Real World Mobile App is designed for registered participants of RealWorld 2017. It offers vital information about the event, real-time notifications and a schedule builder your convenience. It will be available for download about 3 weeks prior to the event.
