The Hyatt Regency Orlando offers a variety of entertainment, dining and shopping. Guests can shop to their heart’s content at Pointe Orlando, or indulge in the first class bars and restaurants. The hotel features an art gallery, outdoor golf course, pools, spa, full fitness facility, and much more.

Rooms are available at the low rate of $189 per night plus $25 resort fee and tax through June 28. To ensure that you receive this rate, please reserve your room early. A one night’s deposit (plus tax) will be charged to a major credit card at the time of booking.
The resort fee includes access to the fitness center (fitness class, pool activities and bike rental); 10% discount off spa treatments and merchandise; I-ride trolley ticket (2); local & 800 calls; incoming and outgoing faxes; and 2 bottled waters per day. Covered amenities are subject to change.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Hyatt Regency Orlando requires a pre-authorization of $70 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals. The pre-authorization will take place up front (i.e. if you are staying 3 nights, your card will be pre-authorized for $210 when you check in).
If you do not provide a credit card, the hotel will require a cash deposit for incidentals. The pre-authorization will take place up front.
Hyatt Regency Orlando is 12.2 miles from the Orlando International Airport.
MEARS offers a shuttle bus service (shared ride) from Orlando International Airport at the cost of $21 per person one-way or $33 per person round-trip (prices are subject to change without notice). You may contact MEARS at (855) 463-2766. Ground transportation shuttles operate seven days a week and are located outside of the baggage claim area.
Taxis service and Uber or Lyft are also available from Orlando International Airport. For taxis, go to the designated taxi stand at your terminal. For Uber or Lyft, go to the designated area for those services.
The hotel offers self-parking at $25 daily and valet parking at $37 overnight daily.
Registration cancellations received on or before June 1, 2019 will be refunded in full, excluding any promotional items. Cancellations received June 2, 2019 through July 5, 2019, will be refunded less a $50.00 administrative fee, excluding any promotional items. Extra event tickets are non-refundable. Returned checks will be charged $20.00 for insufficient funds. Refunds will not be issued onsite or to no-shows after the conference. Promotional items and return shipping are non-refundable. If you’re not able to attend for any reason, a substitution request may be made in writing by the original registrant and must be accompanied by a registration receipt with confirmation number. The replacement’s name and contact information, including a unique email address for the replacement, must be included so that the substitution can be completed. The dress code for all RealWorld events is business casual. Comfortable slacks and casual dresses are ideal. A light jacket or wrap may come in handy for air-conditioned rooms. To assure access to all RealWorld events, your RealWorld name badge should be in view at all times, including during the Tuesday night party.
Please bring your email confirmation to the registration desk when you check in at the event. All necessary RealWorld name badges and event tickets will be provided at that time. No names badges or tickets will be mailed in advance of the conference.
Children 17 and under will not be not permitted to attend sessions or evening receptions. Please visit the concierge desk at the Hyatt Hotel to make childcare arrangements.
RealPage staff will accommodate any special needs, such as physical or dietary. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for rental and coordinated through the Hyatt’s bell stand. When you attend RealWorld, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By attending RealWorld, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by RealPage or the person or entity designated to do so by RealPage. RealPage is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. RealPage is registered with the National Affordable Housing Management Association as a sponsor of Continuing Education Credits. Conference attendees wishing to receive Continuing Professional Education and Continuing Education Credit during RealWorld 2018 MUST have their badge scanned during each session hour. Working towards a NARPM Designation? Propertyware sessions during RealWorld 2019 are approved by NARPM® National as elective NARPM® educational credits. Members can receive elective credits towards their NARPM designations.
Due to NASBA and NAHMA regulations, general sessions and discussion forum sessions do not qualify for CPE or CEU credit.
