The Propertyware leadership team sat down to discuss recent accomplishments and the direction of RealPage’s single-family software.
James Wagley, SVP of Propertyware, opened the floor by delivering product updates and recognizing the leadership team. Here are some of the key takeaways that were shared:
A client-focused approach and consultative sales approach
“We want to teach you strategies that will help you make your business more profitable. We don’t want to just be your software provider,” Barbara Kaplan, VP of Business Operations said.
“On behalf of the sales organization, we are so grateful that you are our customer and we hope to continue exceeding your expectations,” Jack Webber, SVP of Sales said.
Support and product partnership
“The Support team handles about 70,000 cases per year. We’re committed to the improvements of the overall support journey,” Erika Johnson, Director of Support said, as she discussed the team’s problem management workflow process.
“If you don’t have a plan, you will fail. Our testing organization has a suite of test plans that they continue to add to as issues are addressed. We’re very confident in the progress we’ve made in this short amount of time,” Steve Stump, Director of Product Management said.
Some of Propertyware’s accomplishments this year include 2,700 completed on-demand training courses, 1,800 live training attendees and 13 roadshow cities visited with 500+ Propertyware roadshow attendees.
Setting you up for success
“Training is a foundational necessity that you’ve got to invest in. The most successful property managers are the ones that commit to training and continue learning. If you want to be the best property manager you have to be better educated to the best,” Wagley said.
1,100+ attendees have attended Propertyware roadshows. Wondering which cities are next? Mark your calendars for upcoming roadshows in Atlanta, Kansas City, Chicago, Detroit, Phoenix and Salt Lake City.
