Tracy Castleman is a licensed Risk Manager, Insurance Agent and Claims Adjuster with over 15 years of experience specializing in the multi-family industry. She holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation from The Institutes as well as the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation issued by the International Risk Management Institute. She has provided her expertise in helping establish vendor-credentialing programs for over 150 property management companies.
Cecilia McAfee started working as an Industry Principal for Spend Management in January 2018. Prior to that Cecilia managed Product Success Managers for LeasingDesk Renters Insurance division. Cecilia has been with RealPage since 2002, and has held roles such as Senior Manager for LeaseStar Account Management, Client Success Manager, Sales Account Manager and Sales Representative. She comes to RealPage with 20 plus years of Multi Family and Commercial Property Management experience, having served as property manager and assistant manager in both areas.
