David has over 15 years of combined experience in consulting and multifamily asset management. Prior to joining YieldStar in 2011, he oversaw operations for a Dallas-based firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and re-development in the role of Asset Manager. With RealPage, David first provided advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from private owner/operators to fee managers to REITs in his role as a YieldStar Advisor before becoming a part of the leadership team in 2012. As Realpage introduced new offerings in the space – including Business Intelligence and Data Analytics – David’s team has expanded to partner closely with an ever-broader array of clients across the multifamily sector. In addition to the growing Asset Optimization client base in the U.S., David’s team has recently expanded into Canada and is now in the process of further internationalization beginning with the U.K.

Tracy Paulk, Vice President of Implementation for RealPage, is responsible for implementation, pricing services and training. Tracy’s multifamily career began in leasing over 20 years ago. She has worked in various operations and training roles throughout her career, giving her a unique perspective and understanding of the goals and demands faced by the full scope of multifamily professionals: from site associate to executive.

Greg facilitates the alignment of the firm’s technology and analytics solutions with rental housing sector needs and opportunities. He is well versed on rental housing market fundamentals and activity nationally, by metro and in individual neighborhoods. Greg is active in industry organizations such as the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association. He provides commentary for national and local business media.
