The Velocity Utility Invoice Processing Service receives your invoices and ensures that the data is accurate, complete, and properly coded. The invoice data can then be imported into your A/P system using file transfer protocol (FTP). Velocity supports multiple A/P file formats, including XML, which can be imported by Great Plains, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and other mid- to high-end systems, and fixed-length or delimited formats, which can be used by Timberline, AMSI, MRI, Skyline, or other similar systems. By importing the data from Velocity, your accounting team can provide fast payment processing without the hassle of invoice keying and coding. In addition, your team can maintain full control of cash flow and bank account information, and access invoice images and online reports when needed.
