Velocity’s utility invoice processing service manages all of your property’s utility bills from ensuring every bill is received, through utility consumption data capture, and transmission of bill data to your accounting system for payment. As each utility bill is received, it is scanned so a copy of every invoice is available online using a secure RealPage hosted web site.

Velocity also provides utilty consumption reports online. It captures all of the relevant invoice data, and properly codes the consumption and expense details. Each invoice is coded with your designated cost center and G/L account number information. The invoice data is available for import to your company A/P system for payment processing services.
