Real-time billing changes

Velocity’s integration with OneSite Leasing & Rents means it receives on-demand billing changes. New move-ins, transfers, move-outs, and lease renewals will be current for Velocity users, resulting in more complete, up-to-date information for bill processing.

Accurate final account statements

Velocity estimates and pro-rates bills on the date of move-out, providing more accurate final account statements than other billing services that typically have to wait for the next billing cycle to obtain final statements.

Fewer posting errors

Since Velocity monitors and verifies transactions, there are far fewer posting errors than other vendors that require sites or management teams to make time-consuming checks to ensure transactions have been posted.

Approve resident billing online

Before bills are printed and mailed to residents, Velocity provides an online pre-bill for your staff to review and approve. Resident messages and corrections can be submitted online. The property is alerted electronically and via email, and optionally can be required to approve the pre-bill within 2 to 4 business days.

Seamless integration

There are no extraction setups or schedulings required. Velocity’s integration with OneSite Leasing & Rents is seamless and invisible to users.

Online account access

The Resident Portal option displays resident charges and offers reprint statement capabilities—a valuable tool only Velocity provides.

Multiple resident payment options

Residents can pay their bills through multiple payment methods (checks, credit cards, recurring payments, etc.) when OneSite Payments is used.

Universal interface

The user interface is identical to OneSite, reducing training and possible data entry errors.
