Set up is performed using data from your lease management system to eliminate error-prone hand key entry. Resident billing may be performed using submetered resident consumption data or ratio utility billing. Velocity exports resident utility charges to your lease management system, making it easy for your on-site staff to manage collections. Resident bills can be presented on a postcard or full page statements that Velocity will mail to your residents, along with your instructions to remit payment to your on-site staff. Velocity’s resident billing services take the burden of utility allocation off of your staff while greatly increasing accuracy and eliminating lost income due to inefficient collections.
