Residents appreciate the convenience of a single, easy-to-read monthly statement that combines all charges owed. And convergent billing results in higher visibility and urgency for residents, which has a positive
effect on collection rates. In fact, using Velocity Convergent Billing, many of our customers typically achieve collection rates of 97 to 99% of their billed
charges—much higher than the industry average of 85% when using a utility bill alone.
An added feature on Velocity’s convergent bills is our
highly customizable Resident Message Board that can include messages for the entire property (Party this Saturday night!) or
automatically sent to residents up for renewal (Your renewal is coming up June 1, so come talk with us about some exciting offers.) or can be highly personalized to specific residents (We wanted to “thank you” for choosing our community.).
