David brings more than 18 years of multifamily experience to his leadership role as president of LeasingDesk, where he is responsible for delivering innovative risk management solutions to the industry, including applicant screening and renter’s insurance programs.

Since joining RealPage in 1996, David has managed sales, operations, product development, and product marketing to deliver industry-leading property management solutions. He was responsible for the launch of LeasingDesk Screening, the company’s first and most widely used web-based software application, and also directed the growth of the CrossFire sales and marketing systems. Under his leadership, the LeasingDesk insurance products have become the most robust in the renter’s market. David has consulted with many customers, both conventional and affordable, on individual risk management strategies, and he is a frequent speaker at industry events including the National Apartment Association Education Conference and National Multi-Housing Council Forums. David holds a Fair Credit Reporting Act certification from the Consumer Data Industry Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.

Terri joined LeasingDesk in 2004 and has more than 20 years working with multifamily owner/operators. She is responsible for sales and account management for the company’s wide-range of multifamily clients.

Prior to joining LeasingDesk, Terri served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Buyers Access, a Group Purchasing Organization specializing in the multifamily industry. She has extensive sales and management experience with firms such as The Grupe Company, Trammell Crow Residential Services, Cort Furniture Rental and HPC Apartment Guides.

Brian joined LeasingDesk in 2008 and brings more than 20 years of insurance experience to the company. As vice president of operations, he is responsible for day-to-day functions including product development, account management, sales and catastrophe responses in collaboration with each of the company’s underwriters. He also oversees all facets of the LeasingDesk customer call center.

Prior to joining LeasingDesk, Brian served as chief operating officer for ZC Sterling Insurance Agency, Inc., where he was responsible for operational strategies, as well as overseeing a sales staff of more than 160 employees. During this time, he provided senior level account management to the 10 top home builders and mortgage and insurance companies including DR Horton, Beazer Homes, Bank of America and Wells Fargo and initiated the sales and service of more than $100 million in products. Throughout his lengthy insurance career Keep has held numerous positions with leading insurance providers including Allstate Insurance, Homesite Insurance Group and Zurich Personal Insurance.

Mike brings 20 years of insurance experience to LeasingDesk where he is responsible for client account management. Mike oversees the national account management team, providing daily assistance to both screening and insurance clients, including product and service implementation, training, as well as ongoing customer service support.

During his 20-year insurance career, he has worked with Marsh, Inc. and Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management on the agency side, as well as Balboa Insurance Company and Wausau Insurance Company on the underwriter side of the business. His insurance education includes an Associate in Risk Management (ARM), an Associate in Claims (AIC) and he is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
