LeasingDesk - What to expect

Certification
Certification and physical inspection ensure security of your residents and that credit information isn't obtained for fraudulent purposes. We will send required documentation to our certification provider and request an inspection.

Rental Criteria
Once certification is complete, we'll meet with you to document your company policies and rental criteria.

Scoring Model Set Up
We'll determine your scoring models, including any customization required for property and applicant type, and set your LeasngDesk Screening system accordingly.

Training
Instructor-led, webinars, and on-demand training will be scheduled for your site staff. The type of training depends upon the number of people to be trained and your preferences.

Account Management

Account managers proactively work with customers to ensure best screening practices. This includes regular meetings to review screening results and portfolio trends, scoring adjustments, and new product features.

Product Support

Our product experts are available for the entire range of support activities, from pre-implementation planning and project management through training, post-implementation "performance tuning," and ongoing support.

Our Consumer Support team provides support to applicants who have questions about the accuracy or completeness of data provided by LeasingDesk Screening to apartment managers.
