Water / Sewer Endorsement

This coverage extends to plumbing backups from sewer or drain lines, and covers the renter’s personal belongings up to the limits of their eRenterPlan policy.

Involuntary Unemployment Insurance

Involuntary unemployment insurance* offers assistance in paying rent should the insured lose their job to layoff, involuntary termination, general strike or a lockout. Payment is made directly to the property, ensuring that the amount of the benefit is paid directly for rent. It can be purchased at coverage amounts of $500 or $1,000 per month for up to two months.

Renter’s Insurance Protection for Corporate Leasers

A corporate renter’s insurance policy from LeasingDesk provides all of the insurance protection of eRenterPlan when a unit is leased to a corporation and the occupant changes frequently during the term of the lease.

When a corporation purchases an eRenterPlan policy, your unit will be covered for any damage from a covered peril caused by the occupant, as long as they are an employee or contractor of the corporation. Coverage also applies to their family members living in the unit. In addition, the personal property of the occupant will be covered up to the policy limits.
