Please understand that program related data repair services are not included in the RealPage license agreement. As a result, if this issue is determined to be non-program related, you may be billed at the rate of $2.50 per minute, with a $150.00 (1 hour) minimum charge. A billable data repair is defined as any repair in which the damage was caused by user or hardware error. In addition, any repair that the customer can correct but chooses to authorize RealPage Data Repair Technicians to complete will be billable.
