It starts with a dashboard that provides an overview of open orders, approvals and invoices pending receipt of goods. You can approve, reject or endorse orders and invoices with just a tap. You can even access order and invoice details including quantity, item description, GL code, project code, and unit information. Once approved, the order or invoice is automatically sent on to the next approver or submitted for processing.
