Janine has more than 15 years of experience in helping real estate companies capitalize on the opportunities afforded by innovative technology. As president of YieldStar, she is responsible for delivering RealPage's revenue management solutions to the multifamily industry. Prior to joining the company, Janine was senior vice president of administrative services at JPI Companies, where she was responsible for the redesign of the company's financial and administrative service functions, including the implementation of J.D. Edwards and various custom, web-based client service applications. Prior to JPI, she served as a senior manager within KPMG's real estate consulting practice, working with numerous industry leaders to maximize their organization's capabilities through the implementation of technology solutions, combined with business process and organizational redesign.

Jeffrey Roper is an innovator in the development and application of revenue management in both traditional and emerging industries. He brings more than 17 years of revenue management experience to RealPage, where he is responsibile for the advancement of YieldStar solutions. Prior to joining RealPage, Jeffrey consulted with Aeronomics Incorporated, a pioneer in revenue optimization, where he spearheaded the successful implementation of revenue management in the rental car industry. He has also been responsible for developing sophisticated pricing systems for major national and international clients, including Delta Air Lines, Scandinavian Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, SwissCargo, National Car Rental, and Europcar.

Jason brings over 30 years of experience in systems analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, optimization, pricing, and revenue management to YieldStar. With a Ph.D in Operations Research, Jason is instrumental in the design and refinement of the Price Optimizer revenue management solution and associated product offerings.

Prior to joining YieldStar, Assia served as Director of Business Analytics for UDR and as Director of Revenue Management for Archstone-Smith, where she oversaw the deployment and use of revenue management for their portfolio. She spent over 6 years at i2 Technologies architecting and project managing the development of various business analytics solutions. Assia earned a Ph.D in Operations Research and is dedicated to the ongoing advancement of YieldStar’s revenue management solution and related product offerings.

Keith is responsible for the ongoing education of the multifamily industry on the benefits and best practices associated with revenue management. Involved with Price Optimizer since its inception, Keith has been an integral part of the growth and successful adoption of revenue management overall. Keith brings 9 years of experience in pricing and asset performance evaluation to YieldStar, following a career at JPI, which included involvement in key strategic initiatives related to portfolio diversification, asset site selection and ongoing operational performance improvement.

Kurt is responsible for managing the technical component of new client implementations, product support, and quality assurance for the Price Optimizer revenue management solution. With deep technical experience and an M.B.A in Finance, Kurt brings over 10 years of industry specific expertise and product development to YieldStar. He has established a successful track record for ensuring the quality of product deployments and for consistently delivering exceptional support to his clients.

Arul brings 20 years of software development experience to YieldStar and is responsible for overseeing product development activities for YieldStar. In addition to technical leadership over the delivery of new products, Arul collaborates closely with product management regarding the best approach to new features and enhancements. Arul is also responsible for working with the broader RealPage technology team which oversees much of our infrastructure from the RealPage state-of-the-art data center. Arul obtained his MS in Geology and MS in civil engineering and previously worked for Experian, McAfee, GE, Raytheon and i2 Technologies in roles ranging from development management to systems architect.

Lori possesses 11 years of experience implementing technology solutions and process improvement for multifamily real estate. She is responsible for overseeing all revenue management implementations for YieldStar. In her tenure with the organization, she has led the development of best practices to ensure successful deployment of Price Optimizer and related business practices by our clients. Lori’s career includes more than eight years with RealPage in product implementation. Prior to RealPage, Lori worked with Yardi in a product development role and with Fairfield Residential in Property Operations.
