Yardi Releases a Standard Interface for YieldStar

More than 100 mutual clients are using Yardi and YieldStar in harmony today. As an added benefit for selected clients, Yardi has released a standard revenue management interface for YieldStar to streamline the communication of data to and from our systems. YieldStar’s Price Optimizer also successfully works with OneSite, MRI, and eSite property management solutions.

Price Optimizer is by far the most “open” revenue management solution for multifamily. Even if you have multiple fee managers using different property management systems, Price Optimizer can interface with all of them, establishing consistency in your pricing across all of your properties. And, it can distribute your prices to any online marketing channel.
