From the time you decide to move forward with revenue management, YieldStar will have your properties up and running in about 60 days. Thereafter, we’ll manage revenue management together for several months, after which your team will be trained and prepared to use our tools and supporting business processes independently. Of course, we will remain available to continue providing any level of assistance you may require.
After the implementation of Price Optimizer is complete within your organization, we’ll meet with you on a quarterly basis to review your revenue performance and general adoption of our solution. Our goal is to make sure that you are experiencing the results you expected from the use of Price Optimizer, and to determine if there are ways we can work together to fine tune the approach and drive even more benefit to your organization’s bottom line.
