Resident Retention Snapshot

Providing good customer service is important to keeping your occupancy level high. The resident retention snapshot will track communication activities. It will remind you to contact your residents on a regular basis.

 

  1. In setup, define the number of days after move-in or renewal, to contact the resident.
  2. When the number of days is reached, a "retention" activity appears in the snapshot for the resident.
  3. Contact the resident by phone, e-mail, or in person then enter any notes about the meeting to complete the activity.
  4. Once the activity is completed, the resident is removed from the snapshot until the next retention activity is due.
