Leasing personnel and other staff members at apartment communities often become temporary custodians of items belonging to residents, such as over-sized packages, laundry, or pets. As a result, they must leave a message or delivery notice for the resident, or look after a package the resident has left with them to be picked up by a delivery service.
OneSite Concierge helps apartment communities manage deliveries to and from residents. It allows for entering and updating delivery notices, including capturing recipients' signatures. OneSite Concierge helps to quickly determine which items should be on hand, the type of delivery (dry cleaning, floral, etc.), and the location of the items. Delivery status can be sent to the resident by e-mail or displayed on an electronic delivery notices board.
OneSite Concierge also manages guest and key authorization. This feature simplifies auditing the key lockbox by allowing personnel to quickly determine which keys are out and those that should be on hand. A history of key check-ins and check-outs is kept in case of a discrepancy. An alerts e-mail feature notifies personnel that a visitor is no longer authorized, or that a lockout fee should be charged. Delivery, guest, and key data are available through Instant Web Services and reports.
