provides the ability to produce the necessary unit status reports for compliance reporting to state agencies. The timeframe for the reports can be adjusted to
fit your particular compliance period requirements. The proper XML or Excel
output can be produced for sites that require that particular file format for
upload to their state agency’s online compliance tool.

Some states use third party vendors to collect these compliance reports while others build their own tools. RealPage works closely with state agencies and their software vendors to ensure that we are extracting accurate data from OneSite as required by the state.
