Central Reporting Resource Manual

Central Reporting includes a multitude of information for managing your portfolio from both the summary and operational perspectives. This information includes key statistics for creating reports including data elements, reporting groups, custom calculations, color indicators, trending indicators and multiple different reporting formats for your use.

The Resource Manual is intended to provide you with key information and tips to make Central Reporting more useful to you by offering definitions and key insight into reports you can create and what makes those reports valuable to you on an ongoing basis.

Central Reporting provides literally hundreds of data elements that you can include in your custom reports and views. The data columns that are available to you vary with the product centers that you are using within your RealPage portfolio.

The Resource Manual shows all of the available data columns, organized by product center and Central Reporting category. A description of each data column is included, along with a Y/N indicator to identify derived data columns. A derived data column is one that is calculated from other values and not stored directly in the OneSite databases. Data columns are also known and commonly referred to as key performance indicators.
