Automates data upload process

The Central Budget Module (CBM) makes up the core of OneSite Budgeting. This module automates the process of uploading data from all sources—whether it be Market Rent, Unit-by-Unit Detail and Lease Expiration or accounting data from the Chart of Accounts, Actual/Projected Data, and Prior-Year Data.

This data is automatically loaded into the budgeting template. Manually keying and other manual imports are no longer needed as the CBM does this automatically for each property and budget version.

The CBM:

Adds new user roles and/or rights
Sets up the chart of accounts
Stages the data for the budget
Sets up the workflow
Routes the budget(including an audit trail)

It enables you to follow the deadlines for each step of the process as well as manage budget alerts, distribute to the appropriate personnel, monitor the approvals, and run reports.
