Installation instructions:
The download files needed to install the Mobile service requests application on your Pocket PC device depend on the operating system used on the device. After determining the correct operating system for your Pocket PC, follow these steps to install the latest version of Mobile service requests:
- Select your operating system by clicking on one of the 3 tabs (above).
- After clicking one of the tabs, specify if you are a Current Mobile SR user or a New Mobile SR user, then follow the installation instructions.
- After the installation is complete, you will need to perform a full setup the first time you run the application.
