Support Services

Our support professionals can be reached by phone or e-mail Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. (Central Time).

Choose the product support option that works best for you.

  • Standard Support is provided at no additional charge. It includes up to five hours of support per site with a designated liaison at the site.
  • Technology Support is available in four-hour blocks on a fee basis (minimum initial order of two blocks). Technology Support includes consulting on firewalls, communications, security measures (including virus alerts), workstation configuration, and disaster recovery options.
