The download files needed to install the Mobile service requests application on your Pocket PC device depend on the operating system used on the device. After determining the correct operating system for your Pocket PC, follow these steps to install the latest version of Mobile service requests:

• Select what type of user you are from the Type of user drop list
• Click on the Files links in the order they are listed. Click YES (or OK) to download each file. Click YES (or OK) when the system asks if you want to replace any files.
• After the installation is complete, you will need to perform a full setup the first time you run the application.
