Multiple Preference Schemes Available
Selection preference schemes can be implemented, allowing you the maximum flexibility in implementing your resident selection plan. You can also add unlimited preferences.

• Aggregate – An aggregate preference scheme adds up the number of preferences an applicant has. All preferences have equal value. The more points an applicant has, the higher he or she is on the waitlist.
• Hierarchical – A hierarchical preference scheme orders the preferences so that one preference is worth more than others. The higher the preference an applicant has, the higher he or she is on the waitlist.
• Weighted – A weighted preference scheme has a point value assigned to each preference, the highest being 100%. The more points an applicant has, the higher he or she is on the waitlist.

Waitlist Wizard
The waitlist wizard helps you add prospects/applicants to the waitlist, guiding you each step of the way. Pertinent waitlist information is gathered in order to properly determine the new waitlist applicant’s position.

Waitlist View and Workspace
The waitlist view helps identify top applicants by bedroom size at a glance, including their current statuses and waitlist positions. Waitlist workspace allows for quick and easy processing of applicants who are at the top of the waitlist and are matches for vacant units, including offer unit letters and response tracking. The automatic recalculation of waitlist positions keeps you in compliance with every action you take.

Waitlist Management
OneSite Affordable Waitlist offers ongoing waitlist management tools that are beyond standard record-keeping requirements, including the ability to generate bulk letters to applicants as well as a bulk update of applicant statuses, and the ability to purge records.

Audit Trail of Waitlist Applicants
OneSite Affordable Waitlist offers an automatic process to document why an applicant is skipped (bypassed) in the unit offering process. It also tracks all changes on the application, from inception through move-in.
