OneSite Accounting OverviewOneSite Accounting is a web-based company accounting system tailored to meet the needs of midsized property management companies. It is a home office accounting tool designed primarily for use by home office personnel. OneSite Accounting accepts receivables transaction data from OneSite Leasing & Rents and payables data from OneSite Purchasing. Using OneSite Accounting, your company can control its vendor list, set up the chart of accounts, and control all payments. The vendor list, chart of accounts, and payment information maintained in OneSite Accounting can then be used to update OneSite Leasing & Rents and OneSite Purchasing. Features
Visionary AccountingOneSite Accounting allows home office personnel to work at any location at any time, accessing any properties within their portfolios, all in real time. OneSite Accounting can be set up with various options to meet your company’s accounting needs: General LedgerOneSite Accounting’s general ledger (G/L) function offers strong, flexible budgeting and reporting options. The G/L incorporates customizable adjusting journals; double-entry accounting principles; multiple hierarchical territories, departments, and locations; books closing, and comprehensive data import from OneSite Leasing & Rents, spreadsheets and their source applications. We also offer a powerful and user-friendly consolidation module. OneSite Accounting includes more than 180 budgeting tools and standard financial reports. With it, users can drill down to financial statement line items and individual transactions in real time. The financial reporting wizard makes it easy to create specialized graphs and reports. The G/L is fully integrated with other OneSite Accounting functions for real-time posting of accounting transactions, or can be used as a stand-alone application. Accounts PayableThe OneSite Accounting accounts payable (A/P) function allows you to manage vendor information, invoices, and cash disbursement. The A/P function allows for payment scheduling for effective cash management, partial payments, 1099 reporting, bank and credit card reconciliation, a “quick checks” feature, and online bill payment. The system’s sophisticated approval controls will allow you to designate which users have permission to make payments, enter invoices, approve payments, and print checks. OneSite Accounting also generates many different aging and payables graphs and reports. The A/P function is fully integrated with OneSite Accounting’s other financial applications, on a cash or accrual basis, for real-time posting of transactions. |
