Online applicants are presented with all necessary documents and walked step by step through the process. Personal information only has to be entered once—it is automatically inserted into all the necessary forms.

Leasing consultants can access all documents from the system’s Forms Library, which houses filing cabinets associated with each property management process. You can customize document and form packets in the filing cabinets to ensure all your company’s business processes and procedures are followed. Documents can be uploaded from your desktop, company intranet, or the Internet. You can also scan in documents or customize the default templates provided.

eSignatures

Only LeasingDesk allows leases to actually be signed and executed online through our exclusive eSignature technology. The eSignature is legally binding, with validity equal to a manual signature. For the first time, applicants can complete the entire leasing process from anywhere with an Internet connection! All signed lease documents and addenda are stored in a tamperproof storage system to preserve document integrity—that is, you’ll never “misplace” a lease document again!
