There are unique implementation requirements for each OneSite product center outside of the core suite. When you purchase one of these product centers, you should plan for additional consulting, training, and support to ensure a timely and trouble-free deployment.

OneSite Accounting Implementation

OneSite Accounting includes access to the standard accounting applications, including general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.

Basic support services provided by RealPage:

• Analysis and setup of shared environment
• Analysis and setup of chart of accounts
• Analysis and setup of master vendor list and site entities

Additional consulting options:

• Month-end reconciliation

OneSite Payments Implementation

RealPage consultants will train your staff to set up and map your OneSite Leasing & Rents chart of accounts and transaction codes in order to utilize OneSite Payments, and assist you through your first accounting month-end and bank reconciliation. Ongoing assistance with bank reconciliation is available as an option.

OneSite Site Data Exchange Implementation

RealPage’s OneSite Site Data Exchange (SDE) allows you to integrate your OneSite databases with other databases you have in place. For example, you can export data from OneSite Leasing & Rents (accounts receivable) and OneSite Purchasing (accounts payable) to your accounting system and utility billing system, and bad debt collection data to your third-party collection agency.

Your RealPage consultant can assist you with the initial SDE setup, as well as the testing of initial imports and exports. In addition, the solution consultant can also train your staff to troubleshoot your database interfaces.

RealPage Central Reporting Implementation

RealPage Central Reporting gives you instant access to information about any property in your portfolio. It features a powerful data platform that consolidates information from OneSite Leasing & Rents and other OneSite and CrossFire® product centers. Your RealPage consultant will provide executive-level training and custom reports development or assistance. A minimum of five hours of consulting service for Central Reporting is required—either in person or through online webinar sessions.

OneSite Leasing & Rents Student Living Implementation

RealPage will help handle the unique requirements of managing student living properties by automating the process of leasing and renting beds in bulk.
