Find Your Voice at the User Group Open Forum

Kristy SimonetteThe user group makes a difference. So if you want to have a say in what the RealPage suite of products offers to you as a company and a user, you should get involved because you do have a voice and we do make a difference.
Kristy Simonette, Vice President—Information Technology and Chief Information Officer, Camden Properties Trust, and Chairperson of the RealPage User Group

Customer satisfaction is an imperative at RealPage. One of the ways in which we achieve customer satisfaction is also the simplest: it’s all about listening to our customers and providing a forum for discussion. We succeed in creating industry-leading solutions because we listen to our customers. We’ve learned that their input is the most valuable asset we have. Our RealPage User Group is a prime example of that. It is made up of subcommittees—headed by customers—that determine the most critical needs of the general user community. Based on their input, new features and functionality are put into our products. This open dialogue with customers has allowed us to immediately address new concerns and continually update our products to offer the best tools for streamlining business processes.
If you want to learn more about the RealPage User Group and how to make your voice heard, be sure to attend the User Group Open Forum on Monday, July 13, from 10:30 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. At the open forum, you’ll be introduced to the members of the steering committees and learn the results of the Spring 2009 Product Vote.
So come to the user conference and learn how you can make a difference. You truly have a voice and the RealPage User Group is the best way to make it heard.

Four Reasons To Attend This Year's Conference

If you are still on the fence about attending the conference, or if you need some help convincing your boss on why you should attend, here are some things to think about:

1. Spend now, gain later. Sometimes you have to spend a little money now to make money for the future. The conference is centered on processes and information to remain profitable in this economy. Just look at the session descriptions. They are all about how to be successful in difficult economic times.

2. Find out what works. From networking to guest presenters, it's a great place to talk to lots of people about what they're doing, find out what works, and get new ideas. You'll be surprised at the number of people who face the exact same things that you do, and these contacts can be great resources way beyond the conference.

3. Get re-energized. We all need a shot in the arm from time-to-time, and the user conference is a great place to get one. It will be chock full of information, leaders, ideas, innovations and so forth. You can't help but to return home with a your brain buzzing and your rear on fire. And that kind of enthusiasm is contagious.

4. Work on your continuing education. Get a CPE or a CEU Credit for attending the right sessions.

To those customers who have already registered, thanks! And tell us. Did we leave anything off of our list?
