Sina Shekou

President, LeaseStar

Sina Shekou serves as our President, LeaseStar. He leads the LeaseStar products and engineering organizations in an effort to unify our products team across CRM solutions, social offerings, consumer marketplaces, web sites and resident service. Previously, Mr Shekou was responsible for RealPage’s single-family home/low density housing group, Propertyware. Mr Shekou is a 15-year veteran of the software industry. Prior to joining RealPage, he held a variety of positions at Oracle Corporation and was a valuable member of the early team at Salesforce.com where he pioneered enterprise cloud computing and the web-based software model.

Sina brought the cloud computing concept to single-family home/low density housing property management when he co-founded Propertyware in 2003. He served as CEO at Propertyware until October of 2009, when RealPage acquired the company. Sina is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and has been involved in property management for more than a decade.
