Dean Schmidt

Chief Product Officer

Dean Schmidt has served as our Chief Product Officer since September 2009 and previously served as our President, OneSite Division from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that Mr. Schmidt served as our Group Vice President, Product Management from 2003 to 2005 and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003 after joining us in 2001 as Senior Vice President, Product Management. Prior to February 2001, Mr. Schmidt was the Founder, and President of ChannelTECH Inc., which he founded in 1997 and we acquired in November 2000. Mr. Schmidt was the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of AMSI, a property management software company. Mr. Schmidt’s commitment to the multifamily industry spans over 42 years. An innovator who is recognized as being on the forefront of new technology, Mr. Schmidt has developed breakthrough property management, accounting, and facilities management software.
